Your Order Journey

Four key milestones from order confirmation to goods-in-hand, each designed to give you full control and complete visibility.

1. Order Confirmation & Artwork

Once all specifications are finalised, please share high-resolution artwork in PDF or AI format to guarantee optimal print clarity. All production details must be confirmed at this stage to avoid delays.

2. Paid Counter Samples

We produce paid pre-production samples tailored to your brief so you can physically evaluate material quality, colour accuracy, and finishing before committing to a full production run. Sample costs are credited on bulk orders.

3. Invoicing & Payment Terms

Large orders: wire transfer with a 40% deposit and the balance settled prior to shipment. Small-to-medium orders: PayPal, Zelle, or credit card via our eBay / Amazon store listings.

4. Production Sign-off & Dispatch

We share in-progress sample images for your digital approval before mass production commences. On completion, you are notified to settle any outstanding balance, after which your consignment is dispatched promptly.

Fabric Cutting

Our experienced cutting supervisors guide skilled operatives in precisely cutting raw fabric to your specified dimensions and quantities. Every cut is measured against your approved technical spec sheet. Orders requiring decorative print proceed directly to the printing unit; all others advance straight to stitching.

Printing & Artwork Application

Where artwork is involved, our in-house design team prepares, calibrates, and rigorously inspects each screen before production begins. We use exclusively azo-free, OEKO-TEX-compliant inks, mixed to your exact Pantone reference. Only screens that pass our quality checks move forward, after which our print operatives apply the decoration to each pre-cut fabric piece.

Stitching & Assembly

With a stitching workforce exceeding 250 skilled operatives, we accommodate any construction style or specification. Production line managers and QC supervisors continuously monitor output, immediately isolating any defective pieces for rework. Each completed item undergoes a second-pass check before advancing to threading.

Thread Trimming & Finishing

This critical finishing stage ensures a clean, professional appearance for every item. All surplus seam allowances and loose threads are removed by hand, and each product is individually inspected for uneven stitching or finishing irregularities. Items that do not meet the standard are returned for correction before proceeding.

Quality Inspection

Every finished item is examined under high-intensity lighting by dedicated quality inspectors. Defective goods are either rejected outright or returned to the relevant production department for rectification. Only items that satisfy our quality benchmarks are cleared for the final packaging stage, ensuring your brand's reputation is never compromised.

Packaging & Labelling

All order-specific accessories — private labels, hang tags, inserts, poly bags, and outer cartons — are consolidated in our packing unit. Experienced packing managers supervise the entire process to your exact packaging brief. Each export carton is clearly marked with your company name, item quantities, size breakdowns, and both gross and net weights before being transferred to our bonded warehouse.

Warehousing & Global Distribution

Our integrated warehousing network — spanning our Pakistan production hub and our New Jersey, USA distribution centre — enables rapid fulfilment worldwide. We support air, sea, and ground freight and can ship directly to Amazon FBA, Walmart, or any third-party logistics provider.
